The purpose of this post is to give you a short synopsis of the journey from continually reacting to the challenges of life. And to switch to a liberated mind, that has learned to listen to arising emotions and accurately assess what the real issues are that I’m currently facing.

How satisfied are you with your findings?
What makes you search for it?
Is it the belief you have not found it yet?
Or you found it, but it went away, did not last?
Therefore it must be still out there?

Rewrite the Life-positions model: Have a look on a micro-level. It dawned on me, the model should be re-written, relating it to thoughts, emotions, body sensations as ‘object referral’ or ‘others’. You wake up from a gripping nightmare.
You were drawn into a deep dark hole, three powerful forces controlling you.
You felt overwhelmed, powerless, being held captive.
The thoughts and images were real,
the emotions that shook you were real,
the body sweat and trembling were real.
Can a dream be for real?
Luckily you woke up, and the nightmare is over.
