The purpose of this post is to give you a short synopsis of the journey from continually reacting to the challenges of life. And to switch to a liberated mind, that has learned to listen to arising emotions and accurately assess what the real issues are that I’m currently facing.

In the conventional sense if you keep searching you mind find it. Some day, somewhere.
Will it last? Probably not.
Will you even find it? Probably not. So STOP! (…)
Are you associating ‘happiness’ with an experience that is sustainable?
Therefor it’s worth searching for?
If so, how far have you come?
How satisfied are you with your findings?
What makes you search for it?
Is it the belief you have not found it yet?
Or you found it, but it went away, did not last?
Therefore it must be still out there?
For how many years are you repeating that cycle already? For how many years more do you want to carry on? (…)
We are responsible for the way we treat our body, our thoughts & emotions, the relationships in our lives. Yet, no-one is responsible for the conditioning of their mind. As soon as we were born the conditioning began. Even before, as we picked up messages already inside the womb. And that’s OK.
