They come and float down with grace and ease; they stay a short while, there presence an unmistakable experience. Gradually do we accept that thoughts can grace us with their lively presence, then melt in the blaze of the sun that sparkles in our life.
They arise and fall every day, sometimes in the winter of suffering, we would wish for a break. Until the pain reaches its peak, then we learn just to let them be, and gradually, slowly do we learn not to resist.
Slowly do the afflictions abate, we learn to trust. No longer a captive to the highs and lows. Now the peaceful warrior faces all that comes, unafraid of thoughts that have no independent power, they merely fade.
I awaken to the experience, that “I AM” the witnessing consciousness, I am always there, in the silence, in the chatter and the soft, graceful falling of a snowflake. “I AM THERE!” always present.
To the “Undivided Leader” in you.
